Biography
Professor Huang Shuolin graduated from the London School of Economic and Political Science (LSE), University of London, United Kingdom in 1987 with M.Sc in Economics. His research interests are fisheries policy, fisheries management, international law of fisheries and the law of the sea. He has more than 30 years of teaching and research experience in marine fishing and fisheries management. he was vice president of Shanghai Ocean University from 2000 till 2014. Now He is director of Institute of Marine Policy & Law, Shanghai Ocean University, president of Asian Fisheries Society, Vice president of China Society on the Law of the Sea and Editor in Chief of Journal of Fisheries of China.
